Fivio Fourse has been locked in New Jersey’s New Year’s Day gun threat case for more than a year and has returned outside.
The Brooklyn drill rapper got off on August 1 and received honors for a Bergen County judge who sat in prison for 196 days and hit him with a three-year probation.
This means there are no new police running, cleaning medication tests, and avoid trouble if he wants to stay free.
The whole situation started when Fivio allegedly pulled a woman as ########### during a heated parking debate in Edgewater, NJ on January 1.
He pointed the gun at a woman who had asked him for help and said, “If I see you parked in front of this building again, there will be an AF ####################### problem.”
Witnesses at the scene identified Fivio foreign countries and called 911.
The surveillance footage of the apartment building reportedly supported the Ms.’s version of the incident. The officer arrested him on January 18 but did not recover the gun.
He was eventually booked on five charges, including aggravated assault and illegal firearms.
Fivio has filed a plea deal against The Tembree Coralistic Wistrion, which has helped him avoid more serious gun and assault charges.
