Fevio has been released after being convicted of terrorist threats.
The Diamond Star was sentenced on August 1 and was suspended for three years after pleading guilty.
He has been in jail for nearly 200 days after being arrested in January.
Fivio initially faced up to 20 years in prison with a minimum sentence of five years, so it could be considered a light escape.
His probation clause means he will have to undergo drug tests without any legal troubles.
New York natives have yet to comment on his release.
Fivio is accused of pointing a gun at a woman after seeking help in New Jersey on New Year’s Eve.
According to a police report, the 34-year-old rapper warned the woman while pointing his gun at her: “If I see you parked in front of the building again, it would be a fucking question.”
Police were called and witnesses of the incident could easily identify Fivio.
The “big drip” killer was also captured by surveillance videos of a nearby apartment building, confirming the story of the so-called victim.
Fivio was arrested on January 5 and was charged with five counts of attack, including illegal possession of weapons, terrorist threats and serious attacks.
The news of the rapper’s arrest did not become public knowledge until after being in prison for three months in March.
Fivio Fourtury is not a stranger to support Donald Trump and recorded a song in the 2020 shooting of Megan Thee Stallion.
He said on the Math Hoffa Is My Expert Opinion podcast last year: “I’m with Tory. I know Tory is a real person. In my eyes, I don’t even know if Tory has a gun. I know him. I know his personality. I don’t think he’s that kind of person.”
“I’m not there, I’m not a lawyer, nor a scientist, but if someone says they’re shot and have no holes in their bodies, then they’re not shot. We all know, but we know how this shit is done.”
