Drake fans are divided over whether his Madame Tussauds wax figure resembles the man.
Madame Tussauds unveils new Drake wax figure
Madame Tussauds New York unveiled its revamped music area on Tuesday (July 2), which includes a new wax figure of Drake. Drizy now joins the likes of Beyoncé, J Balvin, Megan Thee Stallion and more.
The figure is wearing a khaki jacket, gray T-shirt, black and khaki tie-dye jeans, a pair of white Air Force 1 sneakers and signature jewelry. The rapper’s pose featured his signature owl hand gesture, which fans struck while standing next to the owl in the Instagram video.
While the plethora of wax figures over the years have turned fans off because they look nothing like their favorite celebrities, fans are divided on how they feel about Drizzy.
“Looks exactly the same to him,” one user wrote, while another added, “Looks better than Drake.”
Other fans disputed these claims and were disgusted by the waxy 6 God.
Another wrote: “That’s not Drake, that’s Lake.”

Post Malone was able to hang out with his own Madame Tussauds wax figure after performing at New York City’s Governors Ball in June. The statue will soon be on display at Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas, and Posti was struck by its resemblance.
“Are you fucking kidding me?” Post said in a video of the moment he first saw the statue. He explained that he was completely “shocked.”
Dozens of other rappers have also been immortalized in wax form. Last summer, Madame Tussauds created sculptures of Megan Thee Stallion and Jack Harlow. Last October, a hateful image of Lil Wayne went viral after another company made an unbelievably ugly wax figure of him. Also in 2024, an artist named Mr.Officials showed off the creative process behind his sculpture of “Takeoff” in honor of the late rapper.
