Megan Thee’s stallion is urging a Florida federal judge to punish Tory Lanez after she failed to explain unstable behavior in the court-ordered statement in her ongoing libel lawsuit.
Megan’s lawyers have asked the judge to impose sanctions on Lanez because he ignored the April 17 order to prove why he should not be despised. The order soon described Meghan’s legal team as “malice” after the April 9 deposition.
Lannis is currently in jail in California and he has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for the 2020 Megan Thee stallion. He was officially in service but never responded to the April 30 deadline.
Megan’s attorney noted that a hearing has not been scheduled and a formal notice has been submitted to move the process forward. They demanded that the court force the Conservative Lannis to pay all legal fees related to the deposit and appoint a special master (the cost of Lannis) to monitor any future testimony.
If there is no approval, they have requested a hearing as soon as possible.
Testimony conducted through Zoom in prison is part of Megan’s $10 million libel case against YouTuber Milagro Gramz.
The lawsuit accused Gramz of spreading the mental health, vows honesty and alleged drug abuse of speech, allegedly coordinated with Lanez and his father.
During the deposition, Tory Lanez repeatedly interrupted the lawsuit, mocking the process and insulting Megan’s attorney Mari Henderson.
He once said, “Your hair distracts me. There is a reason I’m asking. Your hair distracts me.” He added, “She should wait for that hair dye. It’s the wrong blonde.”
He challenged Henderson to question his powers and made sarcastic comments on the basic legal provisions. When asked to define a “meeting,” Lanez sent out a tangent: “The meat may be a hot dog; the meat may be a steak.”
After about an hour, the deposition was shortened by about an hour due to his refusal to cooperate.
Just weeks after the failed deposition, Tory Lanez was stabbed 14 times in the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi. The May 12 attack caused him to collapse his lungs, back, torso, head and face. After that, he recovered enough breathing without help.
The court has not arranged a hearing on the motion to contempt.
