Dwight Howard’s wife, Amy Luciani, has accused him of a cocaine addiction and is seeking the return of half of his $140 million estate in a divorce filing.
Dwight Howard faces serious cocaine addiction charges against his estranged wife Amy Luciani, as the basketball star announces he’s ending his marriage.
Howard filed for divorce from Luciani just days after claiming she had a serious drug problem, even releasing an emotional video showing what she said was a bag of cocaine. That’s the next level.
She also claims Child Protective Services was called to their home multiple times. The drama is not over.
According to Luciani, Howard asked his son to lie for him about unspecified matters. This is crossing a line that shouldn’t be crossed.
She previously filed for divorce in July 2025, just six months after marrying the former NBA star.
Howard’s past relationships have been rocky. His baby mama, Royce Reed of “Basketball Wives,” accused him of sexual and physical abuse before winning a defamation case against her in 2010.
Reed also made public statements about Howard’s sexual orientation. The accusations followed him for years.
Howard’s son, Braylon Joshua Howard, was born to Reed in November 2007. This kid has spent his entire life watching his father’s personal life make headlines.
Most recently, Stephen Harper filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Howard in Georgia in July 2023, but the case was later dismissed.
Howard remained silent on Luciani’s latest claims. His legal team has not yet responded to a request for comment.
The couple’s short-lived marriage soon fell apart. The six months from wedding bells to cocaine charges tell their own story.
