Depending on how his latest rumored unreleased clip is received, Drake may be facing more of an uphill battle than he bargained for when it comes to audience acceptance of his new music.

Around Friday (January 3), an extremely brief 12-second long clip began circulating on social media. In the clip, Drake appears to vow to never again clash with Kendrick Lamar’s relentless raps, instead returning to his position as the consummate curator of vibes.

More specifically, he raps over the sample-driven production: “F*ck a rap head, I’m tryna get the party lit,” and while it’s unclear how authentic the clip is, many fans Speculation has begun that it could be part of the material Drake and PartyNextDoor are working on for an upcoming collaboration, which Drizzy is rumored to be dropping when Kendrick releases GNX in late November.

In a post shared by AllHipHop on Instagram involving the unreleased clip, users had fun in the comments section, humorously referencing Kendrick’s diss track and commenting on his “Not Like Us” message directed at UMG and Spotify. ” The legal petition made some trivial comments. . Long story short, the comments section was a bit of a bloodbath — leading us to believe that fans’ opinions on Drake’s future musical direction may be more rigid than we might have expected at the height of his feud with Kendrick. These days, however, it seems like you’re missing out on a lot of fun when you choose not to mess. So let’s jump into the proverbial kitchen and see how the IG user cooks Drizzy in his new routine.

Of course, the “TV Off” hitmaker’s legions of fans immediately jumped on board with some blatantly shady rebuttals for Drake. “Kendrick keeps the party going and makes a strong sound,” one user wrote, before adding, “Duality.”

Another user referenced Kendrick’s “Euphoria” diss track in the comments, writing: “…I love Drake’s melodies, I don’t like Drake being tough.”

Instead of commenting on Kendrick, some other users decided to directly attack Drake and his role as an artist.

“Really quick: where are the reference tracks?” one user wrote, suggesting that the bars in the new clip were created with the help of a ghostwriter.

Another user then went on to criticize his legal complaint against Kendrick over his scathing diss song, with Drake claiming that UMG and Spotify colluded with each other to promote the song. “Should have said this before litigation,” the user wrote.

Another user added, “Aubrey Drake Graham does care because he said LAWSUUUUUIT‼️ not MUSTARRRRRRRRRRD.”

Multiple users also suggested that Drake needed to move on and move away from not only the beef, but also his alleged teenage lifestyle. “The party is over,” one user wrote. “It’s time to grow up.”

“N#### you are 40 years old, enjoy the ignition and let the young people ignite,” another user added.

Additionally, one user took a dig at Drake, writing: “Ugh after you begged the guy to give up now this is fa rap beef got it.”
