Drake did not attack a disabled reporter after unsubstantiated rumors started circulating during his feud with Kendrick Lamar.
Rumors began circulating online last week that Liushen attacked journalist Christopher Alvarez, who suffers from the skeletal disease Dysplasia, in a New York City hotel in 2023.
The content was spread by an X user named EbonyPrince2K24, who shared a screenshot of a laptop security video purportedly featuring Drake and Alvarez.
The user cryptically warned the rapper: “To Mr. Aubrey Graham (@Drake) can this photo help you recall where you dropped these items,” referring to Kendrick’s diss appearance on the cover of items allegedly belonging to Drake on the song “Meet the Grahams.”
He also referenced some of the unsavory incidents, writing, “The questions in the photo should jog your memory as well. Jimmy Brooks wouldn’t have been proud of you that night,” he told the Degrassi: The Next Generation sit-down A nod to Drake’s character in a wheelchair.
After facing fans’ skepticism, Ebony Prince later shared a brief clip from a security video and wrote: “I bet you thought I didn’t have the real goods. Silly bunny!
However, the film does not show any form of physical confrontation.

Christopher Alvarez himself has now spoken out about the rampant speculation and denied any claims of a Drake attack.
“I don’t know what it means,” he told the Brooklyn Eagle. “I was with Drake that night because we met briefly after dinner, but all of the allegations are false.”
He added: “I’ve been blessed to be around Drake, Kendrick Lamar and other celebrities who have been great to me, but I don’t understand where this all gets mixed up with the fans. I can confirm January 22, 2023 I spent the evening with Drake.
“After the New York concert with 21 Savage, I was called to meet Drizzy at the Mark Hotel and we had a blast listening to new beats. I can’t talk about his character outside of the meeting, but I can say I was not violated in any way.
Alvarez also denied rumors that he leaked information during Drake and Kendrick’s high-profile feud, which has spawned numerous scandalous accusations.
“Eventually, I received a lot of spam calls, texts, emails, and social media messages saying that I was a ‘snitch’ in this beef, that I accepted ‘hush money’ from Drake, and that I was acting in some way. involved in the incident.
“First of all, I know nothing about the Drake and Lamar feud because, to me, life is too short to hate, and I don’t follow it. Second, I’m a diligent journalist with an eye for democratically elected Officials and private entities are being held accountable; I don’t have rappers on speed dial as “moles” or “snitches.”
The spread of unsubstantiated claims about a feud between the two hip-hop heavyweights has been widely criticized.
Even academics, Drake’s outspoken supporters and the Canadian’s unofficial spokesperson, blasted the false accusations.
“I think Drake knew it was stolen,” the outlet said of the stolen items on the cover of “Meet the Grahams,” which could potentially be traced to EbonyPrince2K24. “It definitely looks like it was stolen. thing.
“Drake did know they were stolen, so I don’t know if he was trying to reverse course. When Drake said he arranged it, I thought it was about the 11-year-old daughter,” he continued, citing Ken Derek’s claim is that the Toronto native secretly gave birth to a daughter.
“Because from everyone I’ve talked to, including Drake, we can’t even see where that line comes from, and Kendrick makes it so clear in what should be his greatest song This should be the greatest exposure.
Wild accusations of pedophilia, domestic abuse and infidelity have also been criticized by Charlamagne.
“I don’t like seeing these brothers imitating each other because of their rap feud,” he said on “The Breakfast Club.” “To me, it’s corny. Like if you’re going to call someone a pedophile, if you’re going to call someone a woman-beater, you have to have some real evidence. You’re going to accuse my friends and me of My daughter had a baby and I thought that baby was mine – these are some serious accusations.
“They’re not trying to hold each other accountable; they’re just trying to hold each other accountable.” It’s shocking to me that they’re just spreading these types of accusations to try to destroy each other’s image. Other than that, everything is great.
