Future’s red carpet appearance with German singer Donna Dafi sparked speculation that the two might be in a relationship.
The two made headlines when they attended the Business of Fashion 500 Gala together on Saturday (September 28) in Paris, France.
The Shade Room posted a photo of the pair on Instagram, prompting a flood of comments from fans.
One user asked: “Why would anyone be in a relationship with the future?”
Another added: “Whoever is with the future. Girl, be smart and don’t get pregnant!
Elliot Wilson also posted a photo of the couple, prompting more comments.
One user said: “He wants to give her some crazy slaps!”
Another wrote: “Drake will get that back from him soon [crying laughing emoji]. Another diss album is being released [crying laughing emoji]”.
In other news from Future, his latest Mixtape Pluto surprised listeners, with some hearing a Playboi Carti imitation and its lack of previous features – but it’s no surprise that the project is set to be a huge first week.
According to Hits Daily Double, the album is expected to sell between 120 and 135,000 albums in its first week, which the outlet said would make it the best-selling new album. The album’s placement on the Billboard 200 album chart has yet to be determined.
After months of teasing, Future finally launched Mixtape Pluto on September 20th. This is the Atlanta rap legend’s first solo mixtape in eight years following his legendary run in the mid-2010s.
The project is also his third full-length work to be released in 2024, following “We Don’t Trust You” and “We Still Don’t Trust You” released in collaboration with Metro Boomin.
Metro doesn’t have any production on Mixtape Pluto, with beats provided by producers such as Southside, Wheezy and ATL Jacob.
Despite speculation that Travis Scott will appear on “South of France,” the 18-track tape is entirely Future’s solo effort.
Future dedicated Mixtape Pluto to his late mentor and cousin Rico Wade. Future entered the hip-hop scene as a second-generation member of the Dungeon Family, the legendary ATL rap crew of which Wade was an integral part.
Wade’s mother lived in the house featured on the cover of Mixtape Pluto, and Dungeon Family bands like OutKast and Goodie Mob recorded some of their earliest work in its basement studio (called “The Dungeon”).
“My cousin never died in my eyes. Rico Wade you already know what you mean to me!” Hendrix wrote on the X when the mixtape hit the streaming service. “I thank the Most High for giving me the greatest human being ever! Billionaire Status Buzz [watch] Above us.
Wade died earlier this year at the age of 52.
