Before leaving the office a few years ago, Donald Trump pardoned Kodak Black and Lil Wayne, both facing rather serious charges. The former has been in a lot of legal trouble since then, but Wayne has mostly been away from the road. Trump also said frankly about the release of A$AP Rocky, although the rapper said it didn’t help in the end.
Now another rapper benefits from Trump’s pardon.
WH officials told FOX that POTUS had signed today:
pardon:
John G. Rowland – Governor of CT
Kentrell Gaulden “NBA Youngboy”
Michael Grimm, FMR NY Representative
Kevin Eric Baisden
Mark C. Bashaw
Todd and Julie Chrisley
Tanner Mansell and John Moore
Commuter:
Michael Harris

Today, the White House told Fox that the pardon had been issued to NBA Youngboy, with a few other names.
In his Instagram story, the rapper thanked the president for pardoning so that he could continue to be established as a person, father and artist. Check out his full statement below.
