Fat Joe: Liar? Get out of here!
Before we get started: FJ also has a new album out. Click here to listen.
A lot of times, people accuse Fat Joe of being…dishonest. Now, one podcaster is weighing in and doubling down on the fact that the Bronx Bombers have a history of telling some wild stories.
Podcaster Wil Milz hosts a series challenging what he calls his “annoying jobs,” and this time he chronicles “Five Lies Fat Joe Tells.” Incidentally, he is also the inventor of the term “nasty job.”
Now, I don’t even follow this guy, but I can admit that he’s hilarious and he clearly has a loyal following. That said, he’s also quite controversial. This time, his performance caught the attention of DJ D-Nice. D-Nice is honestly one of the nicest, most unobtrusive guys in the game. So let him get involved in the fight? Yes, you know this is serious. 🙂
D-Nice immediately jumped to Fat Joe’s defense. He jumped into the comments and said:
“I usually agree with you, but this one? Not so sure. I’m the same age as Joe and from BX. I’ve been hearing about him since I was about 14. Dude was like that when he was little. During that time, I know a lot of people like this. My family got into a fight with a neighbor and they pulled out a machete. I’m not confirming this story just because I wasn’t there.
In the story, Joe describes a man who is 7 feet tall…he says it twice! Is it Shaq?

Now, I don’t know what to make of all this, but I need you all to weigh in in the comments and share your thoughts. Fat Joe was hit with similar accusations last year, but he managed to shut it down before things got out of hand. This petered out and we never heard from the plaintiff again.
One thing we all agree on? The truth about Fat Joe is that he was a great father. We love seeing it.
