Didi previously rejected a plea agreement in his federal sex crime case.
Didi refuses to defend the offer
Embassy music tycoon appeared in the New York Supreme Court on Friday (April 25), and another pretrial hearing was held as the trial in May was closer to the Rolling Stones. At the hearing, prosecutors mentioned a long-standing plea agreement, where they asked the judge to let the comb say the record he was awarded and decided to reject the plea agreement. Judge Arun Subramanian said he would settle the request at another pre-trial meeting on May 1. Details of the defense agreement have not been released.
Federal prosecutors also spoke about presenting evidence during the trial that Didi forced alleged victims to undergo medical procedures related to sexual trafficking. The process says: “Directly reach the level of control.” [Diddy] A federal prosecutor told Judge Subramanian that she agreed to specific sexual behaviors…that has something to do with these issues.

At today’s hearing, Judge Arun Subramanian also ruled that a jury would be allowed to view security footage of Diddy’s attack on his ex-girlfriend Cassie at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles in 2016. She will be the only one without a pseudonym. Didi’s legal team has been against the videos displayed during the trial. They claim that the video leaked by CNN last May has changed, but has not told the entire story.
The founder of Bad Boys Entertainment has been charged with racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking and two counts of traffic crimes to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty.
During Friday’s hearing, Diddy’s lawyers claimed that it was not uncommon for Puff to engage in a voluntary lifestyle. In the past, they claimed that racial bias was working when criminals committed crimes, including allegedly forcing people to engage in drug-fueled sex marathons through force, fear and coercion.
Diddy’s team hopes to withdraw his case to July. But Judge Subramanian denied the request last week.
The trial jury selection is scheduled to begin on May 5 and is expected to begin on May 12.
