After a highly publicized trial, Didi received a different verdict in his sex crimes. Embattled music tycoon skates with the biggest allegations of extortion and sex trafficking. However, he was convicted on two counts of traffic. So, what’s next for the founder of Bad Boy Entertainment?
Didi was convicted on two charges, what about now?
The two counts of transport were for the purpose of prostitution and were sentenced to up to 20 years in prison. After the verdict was announced, Didi’s attorney Marc Agnifilo argued that the Puff should be released on a $1 million margin today until his verdict was set to go.
According to the Inner City Press, Angiefilo told Judge Alan Sabramanian that “he is no longer accused of sexual trafficking or extortion.” “His plane was rented. It was in Maui. He could not use the plane. This was his first conviction, it was a crime of prostitution. He should be released.”
Assistant U.S. Attorney Maurene Ryan Comey objected to the demand.
“The United States opposed his release,” she said. “A convicted person will be detained until judicial officials find him unlikely to flee or be in danger… The defendant faces up to twenty years in prison. Even in the case, he attacked Jane in New York… ready to surrender, prepare to drugs in his hotel room, and he is ready to commit such an offensive.”
The judge said he would hear written arguments from both sides and make a decision later today.
If Diddy is not released on time, he will be sentenced to the time determined by the judge. The location of Didi’s imprisonment will be determined by the federal court system.
President Trump may also pardon him.

Didi Trial
The eight-week DIDDY trial features defensive testimony from 34 witnesses, including Cassie Ventura, Anonymous Witness, Jane, Kid Cudi, singer Dawn Richard and others. Cassie and Jane gave detailed testimony to participate in one third of drug-powered power with Diddy and male escorts. Prosecutors also accused Didi of using his company to continue and cover up the crime.
In a month-long case, videos of sexual intercourse, called “Freaks,” were shown throughout the month of cases, as well as photos of items seized from Puff’s Los Angeles home, including guns, drugs and many baby oils.
Instead, the defense put the case on hold in just 20 minutes without having to call one person on the shelf.
