Today, a new indictment accuses DIDDY of forcing an employee to work for a long time and engaging people working for him to engage in sexual acts.
Diddy accused of threatening employees and forcing them to participate in sexual behavior
Diddy faces new charges of forced labor and threatens a worker to conduct sexual acts in another replacement indictment filed today (March 6). The information has added shocking claims against the founder of Bad Boy Records since its arrest last year on federal charges.
Embattled music tycoons are accused of making comb businesses work long hours because they use their physical and reputational hazards to sleep. One employee claimed Didi forced them to have sex with him or they would be threatened or risked violence against them.
“Combs and members and colleagues of the business also maintain control over certain employees of the COMBS business, who use physical, psychological harm, reputational hazards and/or the same allegations.”
In this way, with the assistance of the company’s members and colleagues, the comb makes these employees think they will be hurt – including unemployment if they do not comply with his requirements. For an employee, Combs, Combs uses physical force, psychological injury, financial injury, financial injury and criminal sexual injury, and/or threats with the same employee to make them sexually engaged with the same sex business to make it the same gender.
There are no new charges in this indictment.
“Mr. Combs has said and will say it again: He strongly denies the SDNY charges,” Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo said in a statement. “He looks forward to his day in court because he never forced anyone to force anyone to conduct sexual acts against their will. Many former employees stood by him, ready to demonstrate the dedication, effort and inspiration they experienced while helping to build a groundbreaking, award-winning business.”
This is the second replacement prosecution of Didi after being arrested for sex trafficking, extortion and traffic prostitution last year. The original 14-page document details video records about what he calls “freaks”, victims and violence. The first replacement indictment was unveiled in January and includes sexual offence charges against two new victims. Diddy has filed 46 civil lawsuits against him since 2023, accusing him of rape, physical violence and drugs.
Diddy may be arraigned on March 14 for a new indictment. His trial is scheduled for May 5. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.
