Diddy allegedly attacked a woman in a famous 40/40 club in New York City, according to an explosive new lawsuit filed by Jane Doe.
The disturbing allegations date back to 2006, when Doe, a young Pennsylvania woman in her twenties, visited Manhattan with her sister to spend time with her cousin.
Desire for a charming nightlife in New York, they head to the popular 40/40 Club, a high-profile celebrity hotspot known for attracting A-listers in the hip-hop world and beyond.
Shortly after arriving, Doe and her companions noticed Diddy was born in Sean Diddy and strolled into the club with their entourage.
Soon after, the music tycoon turned his eyes to Doe and her party, sending them free shots of expensive champagne, tequila, which Doe believed was his own vodka brand Ciroc.
It is reported that after Doe only drank two drinks, DOE began to feel dizzy and disorientated. Hopefully she could restore her calmness, she forgives herself to the ladies’ bathroom.
A moment after entering the stall, Doe heard the bathroom door open again. At first viewed it as a rare situation, she soon realized that she was in danger when the stall suddenly flew.
Standing before Doe was the founder of Bad Boy, his genitals were exposed as they were actively approaching her.
Doe fell into fear and accused Diddy of snatching her neck with one hand, forcibly pointing her head to his groin while reaching her clothes onto g ##### ### her breasts.
Fear, the doe starts screaming for help.
Diddy was irritated according to the complaint, reportedly “I’m a kimchi dad,” “I got what I wanted,” “I have the key to the city,” and “I know you want it.”
The doe continued to struggle, screaming “No!” and “Help!” but the club’s thriving music drowned out her cry.
When another customer accidentally enters the bathroom, the alleged attack ends suddenly, temporarily distracting Diddy. Seizing the opportunity, Doe pushed Diddy aside, avoiding the panicked bathroom.
Outside the door, she saw one of his bodyguards, who was believed to be a colleague who often participated in suspicious activities. The doe escaped from the club and was traumatized.
The lawsuit does not name Jay-Z or 40/40 club as the defendant, but only focuses on the charges against Diddy.
