Didi appears in court
On Wednesday (December 4), MediaTakeOut obtained footage of Puff’s trial on September 17. Tarnofsky is informing Puff. The Bad Boy Entertainment founder sat quietly as the judge read aloud prosecutors’ charges, which include forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice, as well as sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation for prostitution.
The attorney confirmed this after the judge asked Diddy’s attorney if he had a chance to review the indictment with Diddy. When asked if she was prepared to plead guilty, Didi stood up and said “not guilty.”
Previously, Diddy had only appeared in court sketches since his arrest on September 16.

Didi awaits trial after being denied bail
Diddy is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn until his trial. Despite repeated attempts by Diddy to post bail for the embattled music mogul, he was denied bail each time. In the latest attempt, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian rejected arguments from Diddy’s attorneys that he should be released, noting that community safety would be at risk if the music star was released on bail.
In addition to criminal cases, Puff is handling more than 30 civil lawsuits, mostly filed by people who say they were drugged and sexually assaulted by Diddy and his associates, dating back to the late 1990s.
Diddy’s criminal trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
