Diddy’s team has fought back against recent accusations made by Choke No Joke and Big Homie CC.
In an email to AllHipHop, Diddy’s rep called their actions “bizarre, ridiculous and unfounded.” They also claim Fox’s team denied any involvement in Diddy’s case and subsequent arrest.
It all started with a story published by Page Six earlier this week. According to the publication, several people who watched Fox’s recent stand-up show in Atlanta claimed that Fox addressed the Diddy controversy in its upcoming Netflix special “What Happened.” Some sources say Fox may be blaming Diddy for her mysterious hospitalization last year.
The rumors began circulating after photographer and producer Choke No Joke attended two of Fox’s shows at Atlanta’s Alliance Theater in early October. Jock said Foxx claimed in a “serious tone” that he was the one who reported Dee Dee to the FBI.
Jock elaborated on his experience in an interview with Comedy Hype, insisting that what he heard came directly from Fox.
“There was a special show coming out on Netflix called ‘Jamie,’ and I went to watch it,” Jock said. “He said, ‘Dad did something to me, and I was the one who reported him to the FBI.'”

Meanwhile, celebrity bodyguard Big Homie CC told Cam Capone News that he was aware of the incident in which Diddy tried to hurt Fox before her health scare.
“I know Diddy poisoned Jamie Foxx and Jamie reported him to the FBI,” Big Homie CC said. But actor Dennis L.A. White pushed back, telling Page Six, “People keep asking me if Diddy was responsible – he wasn’t. If he was, I would be dead.
White added that Fox joked about Diddy but did not directly accuse him or mention law enforcement.
Diddy was arrested on September 16 on multiple RICO charges, including sex trafficking. He remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after multiple attempts to post bail. He pleads not guilty. His trial is expected to begin on May 5, 2025.
