Diddy was arrested at a Manhattan hotel on Monday night (September 16) on multiple RICO charges, including conspiracy to commit racketeering, trafficking of children by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation for prostitution.
In a court document obtained by AllHipHop, Diddy’s attorneys proposed a $50 million bond for equity in Didi’s home at 2 West Star Island in Miami, Didi’s mother’s equity in Miami, Didi’s Passports, those of family members and his private jet as collateral. They also recommended that he be placed under house arrest and subject to GPS monitoring.

Diddy was indicted on Thursday (September 12). The indictment reads in part: “For decades, Sean Combs … abused, threatened and coerced the women and others around him in order to satisfy his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct. To this end, , Combs relied on the employees, resources and influence of his multifaceted business empire. During raids on his homes in Miami and Los Angeles, authorities seized guns and ammunition, including three with defaced serial numbers. AR-15, and a drum magazine.
The indictment also makes multiple references to physical abuse, saying Diddy “engaged in a persistent and pervasive pattern of abuse against women and others. The abuse was at times verbal, emotional, physical and sexual.”

Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, addressed the arrest in a statement to AllHipHop.

“To his credit, Mr. Combs has been cooperating with this investigation and voluntarily moved to New York last week in anticipation of facing these charges.
