Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnilfo tried to explain why the accused sex trafficker was in possession of 1,000 bottles of baby oil.
The Department of Homeland Security allegedly found large amounts of lubricant during a raid on Puffy’s home earlier this year as part of a federal investigation into numerous sexual assault and sex trafficking allegations.
Agnifo, who spoke to TMZ as part of TMZ’s upcoming Tubi documentary “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment,” disputed prosecutors’ claims about the number of baby oil bottles found in Diddy’s home.
“I don’t know where the number 1,000 comes from [from]. I can’t imagine there are thousands, and I’m not really sure what baby oil has to do with anything,” he said.
“I don’t know what you need a thousand [for]. A bottle of baby oil goes a long way! I don’t know what you want a thousand for.
The attorney then claimed that Diddy simply bought in bulk and accounted for a large share of the baby oil: “He has a big house and he buys in bulk. I think there’s a Costcos everywhere he has a home.
“I mean, have you ever sat in a Costco parking lot and seen people walking out of there with something? I don’t think it was a thousand [bottles of baby oil]. Let’s just say it’s a lot.
The person who has been making fun of Diddy’s baby oil collection is his nemesis 50 Cent.
The G-Unit boss took to Instagram on Wednesday (September 25) to post a photo of the baby oil, which he has renamed “Diddy Oil,” and joked that the product would be hitting shelves “soon.”
DaBaby has also teased the bad boy boss for his massive collection of lube, filming himself holding bottles of baby oil in an upcoming music video.
Diddy is believed to have used baby oil at his so-called “wild” parties, which included him forcing women to have sex with male prostitutes while he masturbated and recorded the encounters, according to prosecutors.
He is accused of using drugs, violence, threats and blackmail to coerce women into participating, while also transporting male sex workers across state lines and internationally.
These eccentrics are at the center of Diddy’s criminal case, in which he is charged with conspiracy to commit racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution.
He has pleaded not guilty to the charges and will remain jailed without bail pending trial.
