Needless to say, Diddy’s legal battle has only just begun. The Bad Boy founder was arrested in September and now faces charges related to alleged sex trafficking and extortion. This follows a long list of lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, abuse and more. Those phenomena haven’t slowed down while he’s been incarcerated, as evidenced by two new lawsuits filed against him last week.
However, Diddy is fighting back, recently lashing out at a Michigan prisoner for filing a lawsuit against the mogul in June. Inmate Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith accused Dee Dee of sexually assaulting him at a party in 1997. Diddy failed to respond to Cardello-Smith’s complaint, prompting a judge to order him to pay a $100 million default judgment.

“This person [Cardello-Smith] Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, told TMZ at the time: “Didi is a convicted felon and sexual predator who has been sentenced on 14 counts of sexual assault and kidnapping over the past 26 years. Mr. Coombs looks forward to a speedy dismissal of all charges.
Such court orders are intended to prevent people from making frivolous claims. “This string of trumped-up accusations must end,” Diddy’s attorney David Fink also wrote. “Plaintiff’s frequent filing of lawsuits clearly demonstrates that he has no intention of stopping his baseless attacks.”
