Diddy shared her first social media post since her arrest last month on sex crime charges.
Diddy posts on Instagram for first time in weeks
Diddy has not released a statement since his arrest on September 16 on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation for prostitution. Puff broke her silence on social media on Tuesday (October 15), sharing a post in honor of her daughter Love’s second birthday. In the post below, the embattled music mogul uploaded a series of loving photos, including one of him posing with his toddler.
Diddy captioned the post: “Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you @loveseancombs, love you daddy.”

Didi fights for freedom
Didi is currently being held without bail after being denied pretrial release, despite efforts by his legal team to have him released before trial. He has pleaded not guilty to federal charges, saying he systematically abused his victims for years through force, coercion or fear. Diddy’s trial date is scheduled for May 5, 2025.
In addition to criminal charges, he faces more than a dozen civil cases in which accusers allege sexual abuse and rape. Texas attorney Tony Buzbee announced earlier this month that he plans to sue the Bad Boy founder and his associates on behalf of 120 people for sex crimes they committed since 1991, with more civil lawsuits to come.
