A grand jury heard new evidence in the case against Sean “Diddy” Combs, a man who claims to have multiple videos of alleged sexual assaults and an “unadjusted” version of Kim Porter’s diary, which The diary may be published soon.
Courtney Burgess was subpoenaed by Homeland Security agents investigating the jailed tycoon’s case to testify before a grand jury on Thursday (October 31).
Burgess shared details of the recording on NewsNation’s “Banfield.”
He claims he received 11 flash drives containing at least eight videos of alleged sexual assaults involving eight celebrities who were Diddy’s victims, “two or three” of whom were minors. He also claimed that all of the victims were “drunk or under the influence”.
His attorney, Ariel Mitchell, explained that the FBI subpoenaed Burgess after he discussed alleged evidence he had against DeeDee during an interview.
In an interview, Burgess claimed he had a video of Diddy handing 16-year-old Justin Bieber a bottle of wine, “making him pass out.”
Burgess says Dee Dee and Kim Porter’s child ‘should have started to worry when he hit her’
Earlier Thursday, Burgess, standing next to Mitchell outside the courthouse, revealed they would attend a hearing to determine what evidence would be turned over to prosecutors.
Burgess claimed that Dee Dee’s ex, Kim Porter, the mother of Dee Dee’s four children, provided him with the official memoir on a flash drive. He clarified that his version is different from the book that was recently pulled from Amazon and condemned by Diddy and Porter’s children.
Additionally, Mitchell announced that she is in talks with Amazon to publish the memoir. Burgess questioned the Potter children and questioned the existence of the book.
“They have bigger things to worry about than her diary. They should start to worry when he assaults her,” Burgess said. “When did you start worrying about your mother? Afterwards?
Diddy was arrested on September 16 on multiple RICO charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. He remains in jail awaiting trial, which is scheduled to begin in May 2025.
