Didi’s legal team has issued the following statement on the new prosecution to XXL.
“These are not new accusers, but the same person, former long-term girlfriend, involved consensus relationships,” the statement read. “This is their personal sex life.”

Diddy was hit with more charges in a new replacement indictment filed yesterday, weeks before his sex crime trial.
Didi alleges that the third replacement of the indictment
On Thursday (April 3), prosecutors filed a third replacement indictment in Didi’s federal sex crimes. According to an application obtained by XXL on Friday (April 4), the embattled music tycoon is charged with another count of sex trafficking and another traffic count for prostitution in connection with “Victim 2”. He now faces five charges in total.

Prosecutors continue to increase Didi’s indictment
The founder of the Bad Boys Entertainment was initially charged with one count of beating conspiracy, sex trafficking and traffic, in order to facilitate arrest on September 16, 2024. Since then, the government has added more crimes to the case. In January, the indictment added two more unnamed victims. Last month, a second replacement indictment was filed against Diddy and engaging the employee in sexual acts.
With Puff’s trial looming, his legal team is doing everything they can. They have recently filed several motions to challenge the evidence in the case. Didi pleaded not guilty. His trial date is scheduled for May 12.

In addition to his criminal case, Didi also faces dozens of civil lawsuits. He recently won one of the cases, which was dismissed last month.
