Sean “Didi” comb is facing further serious charges allegations of a set of commercial shots in 2022 or 2023 after Hollywood photographers filed a lawsuit.
According to the lawsuit, the photographer, a heterosexual, whose identity remains unpublished, alleges that hip-hop motorcycle invites him to his private trailer under the pretense of discussing career opportunities. Indoor, the photographer accused Didi of quickly shifting the conversation to the sexual realm, unbuttoning his pants and making clear progress.
The lawsuit contains disturbing details, including Diddy’s alleged statement: “If you suck correctly, I will take your career off.”
The photographer claimed he ended up complying with the needs and felt stressed and worried about his safety and career.
Further allegations in the lawsuit describe a graphic scene in which after the rapper reaches its climax, the plaintiff claims Didi forces him to put his semen “like a squirrel” in “like a squirrel”.
The photographer said the incident caused serious emotional distress and psychological trauma, which greatly affected his mental health.
Didi denies litigation charges
Didi’s legal representative responded to the allegations quickly and firmly denied the wrongdoing. “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, especially the refusal to place your name behind in claiming, this will not change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked by anyone – men or women, adults, adults or minors.”
“We live in a world where anyone can sue for any reason. Fortunately, there is a just, impartial judicial process to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident that he will prevail in court.”
Meanwhile, Diddy faces federal charges in rackets, affected and corrupt organizations (RICO) bills, sex trafficking and transport prostitution, which are caused by extensive government investigations.
A federal judge in New York sets a key date for the trial, which is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
The entire trial is expected to last about a month.
