Sean Diddy’s legal dilemma continues after another lawsuit filed by Jane Doe plaintiff, which sexually sexually slapsing her in 2016 at a Los Angeles nightclub at a Los Angeles nightclub Infringement, allegedly causing her to suffer genital bruises.
The unidentified woman claimed that the alleged attack occurred in November 2016 at the Club Theatre in Los Angeles. She said Didi forced her to drink something and then sexually assaulted her.
When she initially refused the drink, Didi told her to “drink that ###, close f ### up.”
After drinking the drink, Diddy allegedly reached her hand onto her skirt and forced her through her fingers while saying, “B ###I do what I want to do, to S ###.”
The woman claimed Didi’s entourage laughed nearby during the alleged attack.
Jane Doe plaintiff said she fled the club and needed help to reach her hotel room. The next day, she woke up with bruises and tearing around her V ######.
The woman was represented by Tony Buzbee, who also represented at least 100 other clients targeting Diddy.
Didi’s lawyers stubbornly deny litigation charges
Diddy’s legal team denied the allegations, saying he never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, especially individuals who refuse to put their name behind the claim, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked by anyone – men or women, adults, adults or not adults,” Diddy’s attorney said in a statement. “We live in a world where anyone can sue for any reason. Fortunately, there is a just and impartial judicial process to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident that he will prevail in court.”
This is the latest list of growing lawsuits against Diddy, and federal RICO is hanging on his head. He is scheduled to be tried in May.

Meanwhile, Diddy was prosecuted by a man earlier this week. John Doe accusers claimed Mogul had drugged drugs and sexually assaulted him in a nightclub in New York City.
