Sean “Didy” comb is facing an unsettling new lawsuit from a man who claims the hip-hop tycoon used a shirt for notoriously large-scale acts in a 2020 encounter in Los Angeles, part of a sexual act that left the body on the man and triggered a legal battle that spanned a decade of accused former accident.
A civil complaint filed by a man identified as John Doe accused Diddy of sexual assault and emotional distress due to the alleged incident in September 2020.
Diddy invited Doe to a private listening session on a notorious large project, and put pressure on him to take ketamine and took him to a warehouse of the late rapper’s clothes, according to the document.
The lawsuit once claimed individually that Didi started watching porn on his phone, grabbed one of Biggie’s shirts, and masturbated in front of Doe. Complaint State Diddy told Doddy to “finish” him, but shot him into his shirt before Doe responded.
Then, according to the suit, Didi laughed, threw the cum-covered shirt on Doe’s legs and arms, and said “RIP Biggie” and walked out.
The lawsuit also mentioned another alleged incident in 2005, in which Diddy was accused of pushing his genitals into the face of the bullfighter and telling him to “suck.”
DOE is seeking damage to sexual batteries, intentionally causing emotional distress and other claims. As of now, neither Didi nor his legal team commented on the allegations.
Didi awaits verdict after eight weeks of RICO trial
The lawsuit comes after two counts of prostitution convicted on July 2, Didi remains in federal custody.
He was acquitted, including conspiracy of sexual trafficking and extortion.
The judge denied his bail request, citing “year-old violent patterns” and feared public safety and flight risks.
DIDDY is scheduled to be sentenced on October 3 (2025). Each offence has a potential 10 years in prison.
