Diddy’s prosecutor at the sex trafficking trial said he allegedly paid a male sex worker to urinate in the mouth of Puff’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
The opening argument in Didi’s trial
On Monday (May 12), the opening argument about Didi’s sex trafficking case began with the government’s bombshell allegations. Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson summed up all the evidence they will provide during the trial, accusing the use of power, money and violence that put people in a wildlife marathon known as “Freaks” or “Night of the Wild Kings.” According to people, Johnson described an incident in which Diddy allegedly paid a sex worker to pee in Casey’s mouth in one such incident. Johnson said the incident made Cassie feel like he was suffocating.
“He forced her to have sex with a male escort while watching and recording the recording,” Johnson told the jury.
Prosecutors described Diddy as the mastermind of these events and said he used his employees to provide drugs, build parties and cover up his crimes. One of their main evidence is a 2016 video showing Didi attacking Casey at an InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles, which prosecutors say happened in the middle of a “freak” party.
Cassie should testify with several so-called victims during the trial, which is expected to last between 8 and 10 weeks.

Didi’s legal team shot down the charge
Didi’s legal team, led by Marc Angifilo, Marc Geragos and Brian Steel, also summarizes their case for the jury. They claim that Diddy and Cassie’s relationship is mutually violent. In the years that prosecutors accused Diddy of hosting and attending sex parties, the lawyer for the founder of Bad Boys Entertainment said he participated in the “swimmer certificate” lifestyle and often hired male escorts. However, they disagree that it constitutes sexual trafficking.
