Dame Dash has made public text exchanges about his text exchange with IRV Gotti about his concerns about the health and diabetes diagnosis of late murder of Inc. Music Mogul.
On Friday (February 7), Dame Dash emerged in a fragile interview on his America Nu Network, where he opened up the barriers to deal with the loss of his long-term music industry companion, IRV Gotti. Dash admits that Gotti’s death turned a blind eye to him as he is still working on the death of DJ Clark Kent.
“I’m not shocked yet,” Dash admitted. “A lot of times I wake up and I think, I can’t believe Clark [DJ Clark Kent] Dead. This is crazy for me. And now with IRV [Irv Gotti]like, it takes me a while to actually handle it. ” Dash said.
“I don’t want to see you die.”
Dame Dash reacted to the death of Irv Gotti and revealed that he discovered his struggle with diabetes, even though they did not see the struggle of the eyes in the last few years of IRV Gotti’s life.

Dash turned his attention to Gotti’s death, which he shared was both shock and something he helped with due to his healthy struggles.
“I’m not surprised by what I know about his health and how he approached it, but it’s still shocking,” he said.
As Dash continues, he appreciates their decades-long relationship, emphasizing that despite their differences, they share a fraternal bond. “Whatever our relationship was at that moment, you know, we were all brothers,” he said. “We’ve known each other for nearly 30 years. IRV is one of the people I love to talk to because his views are very active. He’s always fun.”
Like Russell Simmons, Dash claims he is trying to discuss health management with Gotti, despite their relationships having been tense in recent years.
He said of their conversation: “When I found out about the struggle, I texted him and said, ‘irv, whatever it is, we are brothers, I don’t want to see you die.” “Let me know how I can To help you, ‘He sent it back, ‘yo, I’m getting better, ma’am. ‘”
Dash revealed that he hoped he would show up more in Gotti’s life to provide the kind of hard love he thought he could make a difference.
“I would have brought him a way of life,” he said. “I would have ignored your health.”
Dash added a strong statement about health and mortality, saying: “Food is bad for where you should die in it. There is no such good plate, you should eat it again and you have to die. No one’s Life is bad, cheeseburgers are your escape.”
A few days after he suffered another stroke, Gotti was declared “deadly dead” at the age of 54 on the morning of February 5. Gotti’s children have since issued a statement in honor of their “beloved” father on Instagram.
“It is in the heavy heart that we announce the death of our beloved father, Irver’Irv Gotti’Lorenzo, on February 5, 2025. Surrounded by family and friends, those who know each other He and his heart of countless lives. ” the statement read.
