Halloween is over, and hip-hop has given us one of the biggest release weeks of the entire year. So we’ve rounded up the best of the best in our latest Fire Emoji playlist update, and there’s one artist making the game shine at the top of this week’s list. Tyler, The Creator has released his new album, CHROMAKOPIA, and while it has very little intro, it’s still a strong album. It helps that it’s filled not only with some of the most personal material he’s ever written, but also some of the hardest and funniest songs of his career. If you haven’t already, give it a try and brighten up your day with cuts like “Rah Tah Tah” and “Sticky” featuring GloRilla, Sexyy Red, and Lil Wayne.
Elsewhere in Fire Emoji, we’ve got other hot new projects to talk about that fans have been waiting for a long time. Freddie Gibbs is finally back with his new album You Only Die 1nce, and cuts like “Brick Fees” show why he’s one of the coolest rappers in the game. Elsewhere, Lil Uzi Vert goes wild and unfiltered on “Eternal Atake 2,” and we recommend the energetic “Light Year (Practice)” as a solid taster. Finally, Westside Gunn actually dropped two projects this week, but the main event was Still Praying, with “Free Shots” featuring DJ Drama and Conway The Machine being a particularly fantastic highlight.

At the same time, Fire Emoji also includes the hottest singles of the week, including Future and Travis Scott’s remix of “SOUTH OF FRANCE.” This is the version that fans originally wanted to hear on MIXTAPE PLUTO, so it’s great that we have this wave collaboration. Additionally, JID and Ab-Soul have teamed up for a menacing, lyrically rich and totally fitting collaboration song, “Crazier.” The drums here focus the bar and add a welcome sense of suspense that the two MCs don’t always capitalize on, but handle very expertly.
Denzel Curry, LAZER DIM 700 and Bktherula’s Waka Flocka Flame tribute “STILL IN THE PAINT” rounded things out. Finally, we would like to commend Central Cee for his passionate and confident performance on the song “One By One”. Let us know in the comments section below what your favorite fire emoji was this week and what else we missed. Check out the playlist above and as always come back to HNHH for the latest great rap hits 24/7.
