Chris Brown was released on bail on Wednesday morning (May 21) after being accused of causing serious physical injury in a London nightclub in 2023 at a London nightclub.
The bail was approved by Judge Tony Baumgartner, BBC News reported. Brown did not show up in person at the hearing.
The bail conditions require Brown to pay a $5.4 million in deposit immediately and an additional $1.34 million in one week.
Brown had to surrender his passport but was allowed to use only for travel related to his Breeze Bowl XX World Tour, which began in the Netherlands on June 8.

The court’s ruling allowed Brown to conduct his international tour dates, including UK shows in June and July.
Brown has not pleaded guilty to the assault charges and has not commented on the case publicly.
The 36-year-old singer was arrested last week in Manchester, England. British authorities accused him of attacking music producer Abraham Diaw on a tape on Mayfair on 19 February 2023.
Prosecutors marked the incident as a “unprovoked attack” that left DIAW suffering head trauma and ligament tear. DIAW also filed a $16 million civil lawsuit against Brown.
Chris Brown’s first bail request was rejected by Manchester District Court. The judge ordered him to hold a plea and trial preparation hearing until June 13 at Southwark Crown Court.
The upcoming Easy Bowl XX World Tour will begin in Amsterdam on June 8. The British leg of the tour is scheduled to start in Manchester on June 15, second only to his next court appearance for two days.
