Chief Keef has withdrawn his apparent support for Donald Trump, claiming one of his social media accounts was hacked.
The Chicago rapper appeared to support the controversial former president in a post on X (formerly Twitter) this week, writing: “Trump 2024,” along with a photo of himself standing behind the presidential podium photo.
Soon after, Keefe suggested the post didn’t come from him, writing on Instagram Stories: “Twitter got hacked: Management.”
See post below.
While Chief Keef doesn’t appear to support Trump’s re-election bid, he has previously expressed support for the former Apprentice star.
In 2023, after Trump was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia, the “Ai Sousa” rapper posted an edited photo of the former president as a member of the Gang Disciples.
Keefe later wrote on the photo: “No my kids are on that bitch bashing their guy [crying face emojis] I know what he is good at and he will definitely run the prison…that boy will eventually eat like a black person and eventually get my son back.
While Keef doesn’t appear to be on the Trump train, Swae Lee is one rapper who is firmly on the side of the controversial politician.
In recent social media posts, the Rae Sremmurd star denounced Kamala Harris and pledged support for Trump.
Swa started by saying: “Don’t vote for Kamala!!! Study the whole camp.
He then explained his objection to Harris in more detail: “I pay millions of dollars in taxes every year and this guy sends it to another country!!!!!!!!! Those are taken out of your check The little money they gave away! Think about that shit.
After being criticized by fans for his comments, Swa fired back: “Bro, you voted for her because you think she’s black, she’s black and she’s Indian, she doesn’t lean toward black, she’s just from a Black women took it from Annette” Don’t study, go see what Trump has done for black people, all types of shit the media won’t show, bro. “
