Kendrick Lamar can’t stop. After a huge year in 2024, which included three singles, the first album and victory in the biggest rap battle of the past decade, K-Dot took over where he left. Especially last week, especially on the rappers in Compton, California, put record numbers on the board.

Started swimming last week for the founder of PGLANG, he attended the 2025 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on February 2 and received seven nominations. Dot’s “Don’t Like Us” ended up winning the nomination for every category, including Song of the Year and Record of the Year, with a total of five Kinna languages.
“We will dedicate this to the city,” Kendrick said in his annual admissions speech. “Compton, Watt, Long Beach, Inglewood, Hollywood, Go to the Valley, Pecoma, i.e., St. Bay Nadino, all of that. Write the best rap and all of this…do records like this, so I don’t know, I know, I’ve gotten off on these places since high school.
“And most importantly, the people and families of Palisade and Altadna. It’s a real proof that we can continue to restore the city. We will continue to rock.”
Just a week later, on February 9, Kendrick became the first solo rapper to be titled in a Super Bowl halftime show and broke the ratings record in an impressive way, which is a sensational ratings Impressive fashion, as 133.5 million people are stuck to the screen. In between two big moments, Kendrick has been making some crazy numbers.
