The Grammy Award-winning rapper took to Twitter on Thursday night (December 5) to tease her album and possible release date, urging fans to shell out $150 to buy the album and detailing Elaborating on her astronomical ten-figure performance.
“I have something that’s really important to me that’s going to be released next year. I don’t want to say too much about it,” she began. “This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. I just quit a billion-dollar game.
She went on to question why haters would call her bluff about dropping the album, insisting it would be counterproductive.
“I don’t think you really want me to release my album because I’m crazy about it,” Cardi B continued. “You guys aren’t even ready yet, like I’m putting every scene on the album together. It’s going to be a really great combination.
She warned, “Be careful what you ask for,” and claimed the last three songs she recorded would make her haters reach for ventilators.
Cardi B also seemed to hint at a possible late January or early February release. She told fans to keep their income tax refunds because this was no ordinary album drop.
“Save at least $150,” she urged. “Put that aside and say, ‘This is $150 for Cardi’s album.'”
Whatever the multi-billion-dollar game is, Cardi B says she now has “tunnel vision.” The “WAP” hitmaker joked that she would be “camping out in the studio until it’s done.”
