The tea continued to overflow on Wednesday night. Cardi B and Offset’s romance has been troubled for years. They have publicly attacked each other many times and reconciled many times. That said, September 25th is a particularly nasty dirty laundry day. Cardi B took to Instagram Live to blast Offset for trying to take her stuff. She even claimed she would see her ex-spouse in court. However, even after Cardi quit IG Live, the chaos continued.
Offset decided to take a shot at Cardi B in the Instagram comments section. He mentioned that the rapper was in a relationship. “Don’t you have a **plus sign?” he wrote. “Aren’t we divorced?” Cardi B didn’t let go of the comment, though. She responded to Offset’s comments within minutes and took off her gloves. “From the same guy who had to DM me all weekend because he was blocked,” she wrote. Cardi B later vowed never to talk about Offset again, noting that she no longer has feelings for the father of her child. “This will be the last time talking about his lame ass.”
Cardi B claims she blocked Offset on Instagram
This whole social media meltdown is happening faster than the media can report it. DJ Akademiks captured the comments and posted them on his Instagram account. A few minutes later, Offset posted another comment on Ak’s post. “Everybody can tell I don’t want you,” the Migos rapper said. “It’s okay, I’m not going to talk about this wild Mo all the love.” Offset decided to rub salt in the wound, claiming that Cardi B will be contacting him in the near future. “You’ll call me in a few months,” he added. “Oh my god I win,” the last line was accompanied by a laughing emoji.
Not enough plot? Don’t worry, Cardi B returned to Instagram Live to respond to Offset’s comments. She reiterated that she doesn’t care what the Migos rapper does. She also claimed that he blew up her phone even though he was out there and cheating on her with multiple women. This comes on the heels of Offset claiming Cardi B was unfaithful to him while she was pregnant with their child. We’d say there’s more to come, but you already know there is. Buckle up, this is going to be a mess.
