Cardi B looked glamorous while attending Vanity Fair’s Oscars party, but deep down, she hinted that something was wrong.
Buddy could be seen talking to someone on the phone during an Instagram Live party after the Oscars on Sunday (March 10).
“I must have met someone,” she said. “You know me, I don’t play that shit. But I’ll call you later because I’m live. I’ll tell you all about her tea later. Bye.”

It was unclear who Cardi was referring to. However, popular TikToker Angel T posted a video noting that not only did Saweetie attend the same party, but she also posted some tweets in the early hours of Monday that Angel believes may have something to do with the situation.
“I’m such a bad bitch minding my own business…if you don’t like me, boo you and your mom,” the Bay Area rapper wrote. When a fan asked her who she was talking about, she responded: “Girls are talking about my twins.”

Cardi B’s relationship with Saweetie is said to date back to 2022, with the “Icy” rapper rumored to have been in a relationship with Cardi’s husband, Offset.
The speculation started with a line from Offset’s Migos bandmate Quavo in his song “Messy,” in which he sings: “Bitch fucked my dude behind my back, but I ain’t got no pressure.”
Fans believe the lyrics are about Saweetie, who publicly dated Quavo from 2019 to 2021.
Saweetie seemed to respond in her song “Don’t Say Nothing.”
The song contains the lyrics: “Put a picture on his sweatshirt, I bet it makes my ex hurt/That’s what I get for kissing these frogs/He got mad and told me about it Blog,” these lyrics were considered a veiled shot at Quavo and Lil Baby, with whom she once had a relationship.
Shortly after the release of “Don’t Say Nothin,” Saweetie said in an Instagram video that she didn’t talk about Quavo or Lil Baby in the song.
“No one despises anyone,” she clarified. “When I was on ‘Caresha Please,’ I told you, whoever was on ‘Don’t Say Nothin,’ whoever the message was for, it wasn’t for anyone.
“No one despises them, so you can kill their rumors, kill those rumors, because y’all don’t know who I’m talking about.”
In August 2022, Cardi tried to shut down rumors that Offset and Saweetie were cheating during a heated feud with Twitter trolls.
“No baby you’re lying,” she wrote after a user accused her of “blatantly lying” about her husband’s infidelity accusations. “You made up crazy lies and started spewing bullshit, put female rappers in there and had no receipts, no blog ever talked about it, you got out of jail five days ago and you made up for it in two hours , without any receipt!”
