He told Men’s Health magazine that he experienced several health scares during this period, including being unconscious for up to 45 minutes during his career. He was eventually forced to get into better shape and change his eating habits. “Mind, body and spirit,” he reminds readers and himself. “Make sure you’re in your healthiest space so you can always use better judgment. Go to the gym, eat well, sleep well — do it right, because it’s important.”
