Boosie Badazz is reaching out to his daughter Poison Ivi on social media to plead with her after she shared the pain caused by her father’s comments about her sexuality of forgiveness.
On Monday (September 30), Boosie shared several photos of her daughter along with a heartfelt message. The Louisiana native appears to have had a change of heart after previously calling her “contaminating” her siblings.
“I said something you didn’t know was going to hurt you,” Busey began. “Yo daddy, I’m really sorry and I hope you can forgive me.”
Busey urged his daughter to “live your truth and just know that no matter what, you will always be my baby” and begged her to “accept my public apology.”
He added, “Dad could have said a better way [prayer hands emoji]. You and my baby will always be #daddybaby.”
He ended his post with “Hopefully we can talk.” [heartbroken emoji].
Boosie also shared a video of Poison Ivi freestyle during Real Boston Richey’s recent “Help Me” open poetry challenge.

“You might end the game my baby won,” he declared. “She’s just like her dad and everything will be taken care of.”
Poison Ivy has yet to publicly respond to her father’s apology.
Last week, Poison Ivi tearfully accused her father of constantly discussing her sexuality. Busey attempted to make amends on social media but did not apologize to his daughter.
“You will not make me look like a bad father,” he wrote in a letter. “I love all my children and I am a great father,” read another, “What is clear does not need to be said.”
