Bryson Tiller’s new self-titled album is out now and includes the bonus piece “Whatever She Wants” for a total of 19 songs. Perhaps the most noteworthy feature on this tracklist is Victoria Monet’s appearance on “Persuasion.” She sang with Tiller about a flirtatious encounter between the two. The song also appears on this week’s R&B Season playlist.
After the film was released, Monnet took to social media to thank Tiller for the opportunity. “Thank you so much for having me on your album @brysontiller,” she tweeted. “I’ve always been a huge fan of yours and it’s an honor to enjoy more music with you.” Check out the track below.

Tiller previously discussed his goals for the project in an interview with Billboard ahead of its release. “On the Bryson Tiller album, I wanted to show people what I’m capable of,” he told the outlet. “There’s a different type of vibe here. I can take it to a lot of different places, meet a lot of new fans, try new things.” He added: “My main goal with this album is to let the public hear what I can do Everything. So they gave me a chance and stayed on as a fan. My main goal is for everyone to hear it and I guarantee you will like at least one song on this album. I can guarantee that.”

To that point, Tiller also told Billboard that the song “Calypso” best reflects his storytelling efforts. The rest of the album’s tracklist consists mostly of bland cuts, but Clara La San appears on “RAM.” Stay tuned for further updates from Bryson Tiller on HotNewHipHop.
Quoting lyrics:
He stared at me like he was trying to convince me
I’m looking back at him like I’m trying to make some decisions tonight
He asked if he could catch me in everything – absolutely
I have no objection so I will wait for the decision tonight
