Yung Filly faces serious criminal charges in Perth District Court on Tuesday (March 11).
Known as Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos in law, the 29-year-old British YouTube sensation and rapper’s allegations of assault and sexual misconduct against BBC news is disturbing.
Prosecutors accused Barrientos of three counts of assault, causing personal injury, one count of extortion and four counts of sexual assault without consent.
The attack allegedly took place on September 28, 2024, after the performance of the Perth hotel room. The so-called victim is a woman in her 20s.
Shortly after the authorities were arrested in October 2024, authorities imposed strict bail conditions on Barrientos.
These conditions include a large number of individual businesses that match $100,000 (approximately $63,000) with the same guarantor.
He was also ordered to surrender his passport, report to local police every day, avoid discussing the case on social media, and stay within the borders of Western Australia. In addition, he was banned from approaching within 500 meters of the two people specifically determined by the court.
The case will now be promoted to a high district court, while Barrientos is scheduled to debut on June 13.

This disturbing legal legend isn’t Yung Filly’s first brush in Australian law.
In December 2024, he pleaded guilty to the charge of reckless driving caused by a speeding incident in November. As a result, he received a six-month driving pause and a $1,000 fine.
Before his legal troubles, Yung Filly quickly rose from YouTube comedian to mainstream star with viral content, TV shows and music.
However, recent allegations have led to paused music distributions, canceled brand deals and an uncertain career future.
