Bow Wow has been questioned by former Pittsburgh Steelers NFL player Le’Veon Bell for his recent statements.
In case you missed it, the rapper and actor went on a rant that even his OG Jermaine Dupri couldn’t co-sign, in which he crowned himself the “biggest” from Columbus, Ohio. Bell, who is also from the city, was outraged by Bow Wow’s claims and launched a series of posts on Twitter attacking him.

For context, this whole thing came about because Ohio State beat Notre Dame to win the National College Football Championship. In his first tweet, Bell responded to Bow Wow’s rant with two videos in which he fired back at the “Let Me Hold You” lyricist, claiming he’s done nothing for the city he wants to take over .
“Someone help me understand why LIL BOWWOW thinks he’s the biggest
Columbus, Ohio, he did nothing,” Bell wrote in part. “When I say do nothing, I mean absolutely zero! The only thing he can claim is buying Ohio State Natty tickets and all of a sudden he’s the ‘biggest’?” Brother exploded.
In one of the three videos he shared, Bell added in his tweet, effectively blocking Bow Wow from claiming Columbus. “No, Bow Wow, no, no, no, no, no,” Bell said. “You’re from Atlanta. You’ve truly represented Atlanta since I heard your music.
Bell continued, citing the lackluster nature of Bow Wow’s career as a determining factor in why his rant was delusional. “Because you need a reality check,” he said. “You’re talking about money, Bow Wow, don’t talk about money. Don’t do it. The record is done. We know I could be a big rapper to you now. And then I’ll see you in the movie forever. What movies have you acted in?
As he pressed on, he highlighted his contributions to the city of Columbus, including building a $1 million turf football field, while criticizing Bow Wow for allegedly not doing anything for the city. He also listed several other famous public figures, such as Olympian Simone Biles, as individuals from Columbus who accomplished far more than he did. “I don’t even have to put my name in there, man,” he said. “You’re no bigger than heavyweight champion Buster Douglas. That boy knocked out Mike Tyson in his prime. You weren’t fucking with him. You’re not fucking Simone Biles. We’re wearing Our honor, her honor on behalf of her own Olympic champion, brother.
He added, “Ju wow, I don’t even know if it’s Eddie George from Columbus, Ohio, but he’s done more for this city than you.”
