Boosie BadAzz responds after backlash
Boosie took to Instagram on Saturday (September 28) to show some love to his daughter Poison Ivi, who last week berated Boosie for her comments on Caresha Please! Live recording.
“Never meant to hurt you,” Boosie wrote on IG, along with a photo of him and Ivi, seen below. “Daddy Bibi.”
He then rebutted the criticism he had received in another post. “You are not going to make me look like a bad father,” he wrote. “I love my kids and I’m a good father.”
Busey later shared another photo with Ivey with the caption, “God Got Us,” followed by a post that read, “What is understood does not need to be said.”

Boosie BadAzz says he won’t allow daughter’s partner to come home
The controversy began on September 27, when footage from Revolt World 2024 began circulating, including a clip that showed Busey explaining that he would not allow his openly lesbian daughter to bring her partner into his house. The conversation ended during Yung Miami’s “Caresha Please!” Live recording conducted on the third day of the event. When Miami asked why, Busey said it was because he was trying to protect his other children from being gay.
“It’s nothing, I mean, she still can’t bring her condition to our house, my daughter is grown up,” Busey said. “Because I don’t want her to contaminate the rest of her… This is the generation we raised. I don’t want her to contaminate the other six or seven sisters who look up to her. I want them to bring me grandchildren if I want To have a grandchild the right way, that’s where I stand, if I don’t want my other little girl to look at daddy and say, “What’s that daddy?” “My grandfather wouldn’t allow it, and my dad wouldn’t allow it.
Boosie’s daughter eventually responded and took to Instagram to clarify the comments.
“Emotionally, mentally, you’re terrible,” she said in part. “You suck, bro. I know you suck at this because you’d rather go online and talk to the internet about your kids before you come to us and have that conversation.”
However, she clarified that Busey was a good provider for his family, adding that he was by no means a bad father.
