Bobby Shmurda was involved in a violent fight at a Minnesota club over the weekend and threw a microphone while trying to defend himself.
The Brooklyn rapper was performing at the MN Gold Room in Minneapolis on Saturday (December 13), but things took an unexpected turn when someone reportedly threw a bottle at Bobby and yelled “F**k Bobby Shmurda!” The moment the bottle was thrown at him wasn’t caught on video, but a massive brawl that followed was.
Bobby can be seen fighting with multiple men in front of the bar. The situation became more intense when many people were seen joining in instead of trying to stop the violence. At one point, Bobby jumped into the DJ booth and threw a microphone at the attacker. Eventually, police showed up and escorted Yun to a car outside. Even so, Bobby would not surrender without a fight. He seemed eager to finish what the others had started, and a bottle was allegedly thrown at him.
The pendant on Bobby’s chain was apparently lost during the battle, but was quickly recovered. He posted a video of himself on Instagram showing that he still owns the pendant.
“Jewellers come in to deal with those damn little thugs we’re always besieging,” he posted, tagging “gang violence,” “two-handers,” and “local celebrities.”
He even posted another video of himself dancing to 310babii’s 2023 song “Soak City (Do It)” shortly after the club fight to show that he wasn’t injured in the melee.
