Ro$AMA is rewriting the next wave of Texas Rap. The East Texas native first made a sound with his gritty breakthrough FedEx, just dropping the orange tape EP. The project is a seven-header collection that blends affectionate samples with original street convictions. Apart from it, it’s a vibrant visual of “microwaves”, a Horn-powered explosive board featuring Bigxthaplug, which is the backyard celebration and victory circle.
The story of ro $ ama is by no means typical. From the transition from stacked delivery, while laying the tracks to the swaying Coachella’s stage and connecting with the 600 ENT, his path has been pure. His recent connection to the Old Testament of Mexico’s “Show Me Money” bends his lyrical clarity of filmmaking, while the orange tape finds him trading bars with Bigx and Duke Deuce, holding his own with confidence. Whether it’s the joints that prepare the party or the hard reflection, Ro$ama moves with the precision of the veterinarian and the hunger of newcomers.
