Big Sean appears to have responded to claims that his recent single “Yes” was modeled after Bebe Keem’s style.
The Detroit native dropped the song last month, but after releasing the accompanying music video earlier this week, he was accused of copying Kim’s beats and beats on the song.
Both rappers became trending topics on and Baby Keem are going to tell Big Sean to stop, stop.
However, many fans were quick to defend Sean Don, pointing out that he had been using the same process he employed on “Yes” long before Baby Keem’s breakthrough.
One person wrote: “N-ggas saying ‘Baby Kim’ when Big Sean was falling in heaven, years before Kim was on the scene.”
Sean himself seemed to join the discussion on Wednesday (August 21) and echoed the sentiments.
“Must be unfamiliar with my game,” he wrote.
You must not be familiar with my game

We do live in a world where little Kim has a 40 year old son https://t.co/7UUCMgsA3a

Perhaps the reason Big Sean is sensitive to this statement is his history with Kendrick Lamar, Kim’s cousin.
After Kendrick delivered a passionate verse on their 2013 collaboration “Control,” in which he name-dropped Sean and several other rappers, the two appeared to be on “No More Interviews” and “The Heart Part 4” were subliminal attacks.
Last year, an early version of K.Dot’s 2018 single “Pandemic” leaked online, containing direct criticism of Sean, Jay Electronica and French Montana.
The former GOOD Music MC opened up about his past rivalry with Kendrick in a recent interview with Charlamagne Tha God, revealing that the Compton native apologized to him via text message over the leaked diss song.
“I’m not a follower of influence, man. I’m very determined. I stand my ground and I’m not going to do something because everybody has an opinion.
“We’ve discussed it. I’ve apologized for it. I haven’t had much communication with him since, and you know, I speak for a lot of people in my city and my fans think I didn’t hold up. own position, but that is not the case.”
He added: “That’s why I want to make it clear that I’m not a bitch or with my tail between my legs or anything like that. If that was real smoke, if that was really something, I would be in front of it and center.
Sean also revealed that he had prepared a Kendrick Lamar diss song before they buried the hatchet.
