Jay-Z and Beyoncé caught the internet attention at Paris Fashion Week, troughing the tracks in India during Pharrell Williams’ Louis Vuitton Menswear Spring/Summer 2026 performance.
The hip-hop power couple sat in the front row of a star-studded runway event and were filmed for a collaboration between Pharrell and renowned Indian composer AR Rahman.
The moment quickly spread, with social media users mocking Beyoncé for Jay-Z’s famous creative process.
One user wrote: “That pen-free ass n ##### writes paint ass rap in his mind.” “BEY sees it!”

Another added: “The final smile lets us know that he just came up with something crazy!”
One third interrupted, “Lmao they sent each other verses psychologically.”
The virus clip is not only a random atmosphere check, but also draws on HOV’s appreciation for Indian music.
Back in 2003, he worked with Panjabi MC for a “Mundian to Bach Ke”. The track is a repositioning of “Beware of Boys”, blending the Bhangra rhythm with hip-hop beats and sampling the iconic Knight Rider theme, becoming a global hit.
“It’s not playing with anything else,” Jay-Z wrote in his 2010 memoir. “The bass line is propulsion and familiar, but it took me a second to realize it’s the theme song for the Knight Rider. All I know is that it’s something completely new. In the best sense, it’s like world music.”
He even mixed it on Pharrell’s Louis Vuitton debut in June 2023.
