Babyface Ray releases his fourth studio album, The Kid That Did. The album contains 20 tracks and includes guest appearances from the likes of Fabolous, Hunxho and G Herbo. It’s also home to the Detroit rapper’s hustle-centric singles “Count Money,” featuring Bossman Dlow, and “Wavy Navy University,” featuring Veeze. The latest LP follows 2023’s Summer’s Mine .

Jay Worthy and MadeinTYO team up to produce “Time After Time” album
Jay Worthy and MadeinTYO have teamed up to release their first collaborative record, Time After Time. The LP contains lead singles “Nino” and “Master Delux.” “Time After Time” was produced entirely by the hitmaker of “Uber Everywhere” and is heavily influenced by jazz. Very few details were revealed before the tape was put on the DSP. “Time After Time” will be Jay’s seventh studio album and the Tokyo rapper’s fourth project.
Talib Kweli and J. Rawls collaborate on album The Confidence of Knowing
Black Star rap icon Talib Kweli and his go-to producer J. Rawls team up to release their The Confidence of Knowing LP. Prior to the album’s premiere on DSP, Talib Kweli and J. Rawls released “Breath, Eyes, Memory” and “Native Sons,” a tribute to hip-hop group Native Tongues. The album contains 10 songs, including artists such as IDK and Coast Contra. “The Confidence of Knowing” is filled with socially conscious tunes that stay true to Talib’s lyrical abilities and J. Rawls’ soulful rhythm production.
