Alicia Keys and Jay-Z appear to be on the verge of releasing a new collaboration.
Alicia uploaded a 15-second trailer to social media, in which she stands next to Hov and poses for the camera. “1 dream. 1 song. 1 billion live streams 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Thank you! We love you. Next up…👀🤫,” she wrote. Their hit song “Empire State Mind” recently surpassed 1 million plays on Spotify.
The song originally appeared on Jay-z’s 11th studio album, The Blueprint 3, and became a staple in New York and even became a huge hit in other parts of the world. It has been certified 9x Platinum by the US RIAA, just one level below Diamond.
