Akademiks just got a new Maybach, which he believes is a concrete representation of the rappers whose careers he “killed.”
The polarizing media personality took to social media on Friday (March 22) to share a video of his latest whip while mocking the artist backstage.
“Just received a new shipment,” he says in the video. “Here comes the Pandademiks. Stop playing man new buy. I need something to celebrate the violation of these rappers. Killing their careers. Running the rap game in media, life, success. Be Big Ake. What’s the matter? question?”
After confirming he paid cash for the car, he added: “Anyway I’m looking for a driver. I’m killing all you rappers and other podcasts are rubbish – come apply!” “

The Akademiks are certainly no strangers to feuds with rappers, having feuded with Meek Mill, Freddie Gibbs, and Yung Miami so far in 2024 alone.
Earlier this week, Meek announced that he had blocked Acker on social media and posted a screenshot to prove that this was indeed what he was going through.
“Ok that’s it, I wanted to see how many days I could make a bad geek sleepless lol and I blocked him,” he wrote.
Ak learned of the move and posted a screenshot of his own, proving that Meek had indeed kept his word.
“There’s no way Meek Mill blocked me… I tweeted Mr. Finger on Twitter myself,” he said.
The move ends (at least for now) a feud between the two that has grown increasingly contentious in the weeks since Meek was named in Diddy’s latest sexual assault lawsuit.
As for Yung Miami, her years-long feud with academia intensified earlier this year after the controversial media figure urged the rapper to address sexual assault allegations against Diddy.
Tensions between the longtime rivals erupted on social media in mid-January after Miami called him a “bitch” in one of her songs.
As for Freddie Gibbs, he and academics have been grappling with the issue for years after media sources called the rapper disdainful of his former label boss Jeezy. The singer “doesn’t matter”.
Insults, threats and jokes have continued to circulate since then, with Gibbs most recently trolling fellow academicians after he was accused of rape in January.
Most recently, the Gary, Indiana native took aim at Academician, calling him a “pussy” and threatening to have him raped if they clashed with his verses on ScHoolboy Q’s album oHio Violence.
“Put a n-gga in his mouth for the booty/If I see that pussy n-gga Akademiks, I’ll get another lawsuit,” he raps.
