6ix9ine recently made major upgrades to his South Florida mansion.
On October 11, Tekashi was interviewed at home Interior designer Katherin Fernandez of Closet Detail recently made some major improvements to the Brooklyn rapper’s wardrobe and bedroom. 6ix9ine’s huge walk-in closet has been completely painted a bright pink, with a custom mermaid design displayed throughout the ceiling.
The rapper also upgraded his bathroom and bedroom, with an impressive open-plan design highlighted by plenty of glass.
6ix9ine is currently under house arrest after violating probation multiple times in a 2019 racketeering case in which he was charged along with several members of the New York Nine Trey gang. In October last year, Tekasi tested positive for methamphetamine and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. In March, his Florida home was raided and police found guns and drugs. In July, he was found in possession of cocaine and ecstasy during a raid.
In September, he pleaded guilty to assaulting a man at a Florida mall after the rapper and a co-worker attacked a man who called Carter Casey a snitch. The rapper was awaiting sentencing for previous violations when the incident at the mall occurred. 6ix9ine’s next court date is scheduled for November 4th.
6ix9ine has apparently spent a lot of money on major home upgrades, and seven months ago, the IRS auctioned off many of the items owned by the rapper, presumably to pay back taxes. The haul generated more than $500,000 in revenue.
