Authorities say Brown attacked the music producer with music producer Abraham Diaw in a tequila bottle and had a dispute on Mayfair tape on February 19, 2023.
The 35-year-old singer was charged with serious bodily harm with the intention of opposing section 18 of Section 186 of the Persons Act 186, with a maximum sentence of 16 years. Brown has not entered the request yet.
Despite the charges, the court allowed Brown to continue his world tour with strict bail terms.
DIAW also filed a civil lawsuit seeking £12 million in damages.
British police also accused rapper Omololu Akinlolu, known as a handsome guy, of being involved in the same incident.
