The 50 cents suffered a devastating injury in the NBA playoffs and accused a mysterious woman of cursing players, including Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton, who tore his Achilles tendon in Game 7 of the 2025 NBA Finals.
“When I discovered that this wasn’t just happening when I put Juju on my man, S ### was happening for some reason,” said 50 Cent in the video. “How does everyone’s zero catch Achilles? Everyone’s ### was popped up.

Haliburton, who wore a jersey 0, peaked in less than five minutes in the first quarter of Game 7.
The injury ended his season and required surgery in New York with Dr. Martin O’Malley. Haliburton has been playing in calf strains before rupture and is expected to miss the entire 2025-26 season.
Halliburton is not alone. Boston Celtics’ Jayson Tatum and Milwaukee Bucks’ Damian Lillard suffered similar injuries in the 2025 playoffs.
A total of seven NBA players have torn their Achilles tendon this season, the most in league history.

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver acknowledged the disturbing trend, but was about 50 cents away. He said the alliance is turning to artificial intelligence to comb video and player data to find patterns.
“I hope by looking at more data, looking at patterns, this is one area of AI (people are talking about how this will change so many areas) – with the ability of AI to ingest all videos of all games to see if you can detect some patterns that we don’t realize we’re hurting against Achilles.
Silver said the league began reviewing the injury data before Halliburton was injured and ruled out the length of the season. The NBA expects to complete the investigation has not been announced yet.
